28 Oct., 15:00pm-17:30pm The reserve cadre training was authorized by Human Resource Department of JILI Group at training room. There are 20 staffs, include the outstanding employees fuctional division, production devision. Minister Lihong of human resource department holds this training, use the way of case study.
The case: A man becomes the manager of one hotel, and find the profit index has not been catched. So, the manager list out 9 reasons of this issue.
These 20 peoples were devided into 2 teams for the debate. They speak out their ideas and a matter of method.
Through this training, widen the thinking, improve the ability of Analizing problem. This just the first step for the reserve cadres. |
