TS16949 Quality Management System Document Conferences was hold at JILI Group conference room in 23,Apr,2010. Wang Fan ,the leader of Comprehensive Management Department hold this meeting, President Xia Feng, Vice General Manager Zhang Daiqiang, and leaders of all departments related joined in the meeting.
Mr. Wang Fan refered that we have finished the TS16949 standard trainings and put business process diagram analytical approach into identification of 38 business process. Established 70 process performance indicators, finished compilation, review, approval and release of the quality manuals and system documents, including 35 procedure documents, 93 operational documents and related records and forms.
Vice General Manager Zhang Daiqiang，as the director of TS 16949 system, said that TS16949 Quality Management System Document is the result of all staff’s efforts ,and also is the key point for our company entered into auto parts ,all related departments should carry out the document standard strictly. President Mr. Xia Fang emphasized that all staff should effort to improve work efficiency, strengthen the execution.
