At 14:00, April 13, 2012, JILI organized middle and senior administrators for Study and Communication Discussion at fourth floor meeting room of office building.
This conference was host by vice-general manager Mr. Zhang Ping, President Mr. Xia Feng and general manager Mr. Zhang Daiqiang attended the discussion. At the meeting, vice-general manager Mr. Zhang Ping who has visited and learned in Japan gave a detailed introduction of what he had seen and heard in Japan, especially in Toyota Corporation. Through photos and videos, he detailedly explained in aspects of corporation culture of Toyota, production status in workshop, achievement of executing “6S”Management and practicing economy. According to the practical situation of our company, he compared our company and Toyota Company, and found out the shortage of our company in: corporation culture construction, on-site production management, technological level and so on. At the meeting, in order to activate discussion atmosphere, the host initiated a discussion of specific instances of arranging production. The attendances spoke up enthusiastically.
