| Our Company Launched Work Instruction Training For Group Leaders |

On afternoon of May 4, 2012, Executive Vice President of our company, Mr. Zhang Daiqiang organized the work instruction training for group leaders. Supervisors of related department and the group leaders of each workshop attended this training.
At the meeting, through Mr. Zhang’s own experience of establishing new plant in Vietnam, he explained the process that he worked, lived and ate together with other staffs and led the group unite as one, fighting for develop the Vietnam market. Meanwhile, Mr. Zhang profoundly stated that the aim of work is survival and development and to achieve them, as well as we how to embody our life value. During the development of our Group Company, our company needs for various of talents, especially staffs who work from grassroots level, who work hard and with strongly executive force and who can shared worries and difficulties with their supervisors. At rest time of meetings, with the story of “A house is not, how can sweep the world”, Mr. Zhang explained that doing anything, we should steadfastly do minor matters around us instead of reaching for what is beyond our grasp. With the story allusion of “Built walls, store grains and suspend for reign”, he demanded our company should strengthen ourselves, real practice and solid work, so that our company can develop healthily and steadily.
The meeting ends at 17:00, all the attendance said that they will grasp this opportunity of training, pay more attention to the details, assure the products they produce, practice economy and make a contribution to the development of our company. |
