| Sale Department Of Our Company Arranged Staffs for Training of Installing Machinery |

At 7：00pm, August 1, 2012, the sale department arranged their staffs for training of installing machinery in starter workshop.
This training was strongly supported by starter workshop leaders. They sent three technicians and a production section manager who explained for the sales staff the whole process of production, from the rotor winding to the assembly.
Through on-site training and detailed explanations of technician and production section manager, all the staffs knew the rotor laminations were produced with the formal base material, and to reduce material deformation and improve efficiency by high-speed punch machine. Also they learned our advantages of quality and efficiency by unit corner material against other manufacturers, and the working procedure and each process in production, as well as the perfect processes and means of test used to guarantee the quality of products.
Through training of one and a half hour on work site, not only the new staffs knew clearly about the production of starter motor, but also the old staffs renewed the production process.
By the training, the staffs of sales department realized the rigorousness and industriousness of the work of workshop. What’s more, it the enhanced the trust and understanding between production and the sales, and improved the knowledge and skill of all sales staffs. |
